Key dates

Deadline for abstract submission: 1 March 2015. Extended Deadline: 6 March 2015

Notification to the authors: 15 March 2015.

Registration deadline: 15 May 2015.

Summer School dates: from 29 June 2015 at noon to 04 July 2015 at noon.

Abstract submission

The selection of the participants will be made on the basis of a one-page abstract, in PDF format, submitted online on the "Submit an abstract" page. Abstracts must be submitted before 1 March 2015 6 March 2015.

The authors can use the proposed LaTeX template, and include figures in their abstract. However, colour figures will be printed in black and white in the book of abstracts that will be distributed to the participants. 

Participants can choose either an oral presentation (20 minutes) or a poster.

Registration

If you want to participate, you will have to register online on the "Registration" page between 15 mars 2015 and 15 may 2015. As the number of participants is limited to 60, priority will be given to the participants with a selected abstract. 

Registration fees include conference participation (documents, coffee breaks, ...), meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and accommodation in a double room for 5 days, starting Monday 29 June 2015 at noon before lunch, ending Saturday 04 July 2015 at noon before lunch.

Regular rate : 550 Euros

Supplement for single room (limited number available, so no guarantee): 100 Euros

A limited number of grants allowing registration in a double room at a reduced rate (400 Euros) can be offered to participants on request.
